Legal Notice and Conditions of Participation – Showroom Experience 2026

This Legal Notice governs registration, access and participation in the professional event Showroom Experience 2026, organized by INTERNATIONAL DREAMLOVE S.A., Tax ID A-90068404, with registered office at Parque Logístico de Carmona, Calle Abastos 13, 41410 Carmona, Seville (Spain), hereinafter “Dreamlove”.

Registration and attendance at the event imply full and express acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Nature of the Event

Showroom Experience is a strictly professional event addressed exclusively to active Dreamlove clients and industry professionals previously validated by the organization.

Dreamlove reserves the right to accept or reject any registration request, limit the number of attendees per company, and modify the program, schedule or contents for organizational, technical or force majeure reasons.

Registration is not confirmed until expressly validated by the organization.

Access Conditions

Each company may attend only on the confirmed day. The maximum number of attendees per company shall be as indicated in the registration form.

The organization may deny access to unregistered or unauthorized persons.

The event takes place in industrial and logistics facilities. Attendees must comply with all safety rules indicated by Dreamlove staff.

Code of Conduct

Attendees must maintain professional conduct, respect facilities and staff, refrain from accessing restricted areas and from recording or photographing technical materials without prior written authorization.

Dreamlove may remove any attendee who breaches these rules without compensation.

Intellectual Property

All materials displayed, including presentations, catalogs, audiovisual materials, brands, proprietary developments and commercial strategies, are protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.

Reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Personal Data Processing

Personal data provided during registration will be processed by INTERNATIONAL DREAMLOVE S.A. to manage attendance, organize meetings, handle logistics and send related communications.

Processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Image Rights

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event.

Attendance implies free and express authorization for Dreamlove to use the attendee’s image and/or voice in corporate media (website, social networks, newsletters, presentations and media), without territorial limitation and for an indefinite period.

If an attendee does not wish to appear in audiovisual material, they must notify the organization in writing prior to the event.

Liability

Dreamlove is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or cancellations beyond its control.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Seville.
